If you would like an order delivered outside mainland UK do please contact us and we will do our best to give you the lowest delivery charge available from our couriers.
ORDER PROCESSING AND DESPATCH
All orders received before 2pm, Monday – Friday, will be processed the same day. To ensure timely and efficient delivery we use Royal Mail, and couriers such as DPD. These services vary from 1-5 working days, though they may sometimes take longer. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulation, we have 30 days to deliver goods to you but please be assured that we strive to delivery your order as quickly as possible – often with 1-2 days.
DELIVERY DESTINATIONS
- UK Mainland destinations: does not include Scottish Isles and Highlands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland or Channel Islands. These areas may incur an additional charge. Please contact us by telephone or email if you would like to be advised of charges prior to placing an order. Alternatively do place your order and we will contact you prior to shipping to advise the charges applicable and obtain your consent for despatch of your shipment.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Occasionally we may be out of stock of an item. In this situation we will endeavour to contact you by telephone or email and offer the option to receive an suitable alternative product, cancel the order with a full refund or wait for the actual ordered item.
