Returning your order
If for some reason you need to return anything purchased from our online shop, we are pleased to offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. There are however a few items where returns may not be possible and we aim to make all details clear in the following page content.
Change of mind, Wrong Size or Unsuitable products
Unforeseen circumstances can occur and you may have received an item you no longer require, or it could be the wrong size or not the type of product you had expected. If this is the case we would be happy to offer an exchange or refund, provided that the item is returned to us in an unused condition, in its original condition and within 30 calendar days of receipt. You will need to take reasonable care when returning an unwanted order to us as the costs for return will be your responsibility. As such, we would recommend that you use a suitable tracked, insured return service.
Damaged upon arrival or Wrong Items issued
In the event that we have made a mistake and issued the wrong item to you we offer our apologies and would ask that you contact us so we can correct this error quickly.
If the product has been damaged in transit to you, then please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the matter quickly for you and we can also notify our couriers as any damages have to be notified to them within 3 days of shipment otherwise we have no recourse for compensation.
We would also ask for any damaged items to be photographed and emailed to us so that we can prove to the couriers that this has occurred whilst goods were in their keeping.
For damaged or wrongly supplied products we will make the arrangements for the return of these items. The refund or replacement will take place once the items have been returned to us.
Faulty Stock
In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, please check our Warranty page. If product is within Warranty, and depending upon the item concerned, we may need to get it back to us for either fixing or replacement. Apologies, but a replacement can only be issued once we have confirmed the actual fault. This does mean that if you cannot wait for the item to be returned before we send out the repaired/replacement item, then please place a new order. We will refund or replace the initial item, or send the repaired item as quickly as possible after fault has been determined.
